MARC is proud to support the 2024 ADR in Asia Conference: “๐——๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐˜†๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ฑ,” hosted by @HKIAC on 23 October. This yearโ€™s conference promises to challenge conventional views by exploring practical insights and fresh perspectives from a diverse range of expert speakers.

Key sessions at the conference will feature a keynote address by Enoch Chan, Partner at McKinsey & Company, as well as insightful discussions on in-house counsel perspectives regarding disputes, challenges, and emerging trends. The event will also delve into the impact of Chinaโ€™s inbound and outbound investment on dispute resolution, explore HKIACโ€™s Administered Arbitration Rules, and offer a candid conversation with distinguished Judges Robert C. Tang and Dominique Hascher. Additionally, a lively debate on the pros and cons of anti-suit injunctions will bring further depth to the proceedings.
